I chose the gym workouts and I’m loving them so far! I really enjoy how they combine lifting with high-intensity exercises—it gets me super sweaty and feels effective. I also appreciate how easy it is to swap out moves if I don’t have the right equipment. The flexibility makes it so doable, even on busy days. I’d highly recommend this program to anyone! It also feels great knowing it was built by women, for women.

PREGNANCY TRAINING PROGRAM
Congratulations on becoming pregnant! This is such an exciting time for you! There's never a better time to make sure your exercise and nutrition is in-check while you are growing your little one. Taking care of yourself, is the first step to taking care of your baby. Studies show consistent exercise while pregnant, lowers the chance of gestational diabetes, reduces the risk of complications during birth, lowers the chances of an unplanned cesarean section and increases the speed of recovery after child birth.
I have enjoyed Bre's other programs. However, advising pregnant women to do burpees and high-impact cardio is dangerous. While some women may be able to do such exercises, the majority of medical professionals recommend avoiding such exercises and opting for low-impact workouts. It truly seems like she just copied and pasted from her other workout plans. If I had been able to preview a workout before purchasing, I could have avoided spending money on something I couldn't use. This experience will certainly detour me from purchasing any of her plans in the future.
Hi! Since you have been training with us in your first trimester you do not need to modify your workouts till the second trimester. As a pre- and postnatal specialist I take great care in understanding what my prenatal clients needs are. I’m happy to modify anything you do not feel comfortable doing.
As an experienced weight lifter- I was severely disappointed. This program is basically 80% cardio and maybe 20% strength training. Nothing about this program will help you either retain or gain muscle mass… unless you’re starting from zero. Also, as someone newly pregnant and who struggles to get moving- so much cardio is actually way more depleting than a good lifting session.

I’m sorry you feel that way. We structured the pregnancy workouts to focus on strength training with small cardio bursts as an option. Each workout is centered around muscle splits and incorporates a very structured strategic plan to help you maintain muscle while pregnant. It also progresses with you through each trimester, including preparing your body for birth. We also incorporate deep stretches to help you feel comfortable while pregnant. Im sorry this is not the style you prefer. We have trained hundreds of pregnant women who thrive on our program and love the lifting aspect.

Overpriced.
I have done some of Bree's other programs and yet again I absolutely loved this one. I am a college student so the price of the program was a bit daunting, however after the results I saw and the way I felt throughout my pregnancy it was worth EVERY penny! This program was able to keep me active all the way to the day I delivered. I was pregnant with my first baby and got induced a week early. I had an epidural so I couldn't feel the bottom half of my body, however when the doctor told me to push I was so used to being in tune with my different muscle groups because of the way the program is set up, that I was able to focus on the muscles that I needed to use to push. 15 minutes after pushing, I had my first little baby!

This challenge was everything I hoped for and more! I came looking to change my current exercise routine. I was active but feeling like I hit a slump. When I read about the summer challenge, I was excited to sign up to try something different and receive the added bonus of learning how to make my diet work for me too. I also heard about counting macros and the good it does for your body and was eager to learn from Bree about it. The exercises themselves were intense and exactly what I needed. Loved the format of the exercises on the app and the ability to log what I was eating. I just really appreciate Bree's outlook on health, wellness, and not just in exercise but diet, sleep, meditation, everything. So getting to do this challenge was a great and positive change to my life and looking forward to learn and do more with Bree!
I was nervous to start this program. I have tried other fitness challenges, and I have seen results in my body, but I didn’t feel changed as a person. I was just in a smaller body with my same struggling brain just trying to be disciplined and slipping back into old patterns when things got hard. This program was so different! I received a full week of education on what to expect and why this works and what I could get out of it if I put everything into it. The workouts were challenging, but instead of feeling doubt, I felt determined and knew I could rise to the challenge. I tried new recipes and tracked everything in advance to avoid decision fatigue. I completed mindfulness challenges that were designed thoughtfully to help me break destructive patterns, create contingency plans for when challenges arise and I can’t complete everything perfectly, and recognize how powerful and in control of my thoughts I can be by reframing with positivity and gratitude. I super appreciated the opportunity to grow into a more mindful, resilient version of myself. I feel so proud of myself for giving it my all, and I am shocked with how much I have changed in just 60 days. I know my kids could see me working hard, getting sweaty, and showing up every day. I hope they remember we can do hard things!
This is the best program I’ve done! Not only does it help with your fitness and nutrition goals, it taps into the mental side of things which has been life changing! I deeply enjoyed this program! I had an injury through all of it so my ability to follow the workouts was very limited, but I still showed up and worked out in some capacity every day, and I’ve created amazing results! The macros, the app (I loved checking off my tasks!), and the weekly focuses really gave me something to look forward to and keep me focused. I also started meditating again as a result which is amazing. I highly recommend this! I lost 15 pounds in 8 weeks :)
Bree’s postpartum program has been so great for my mental health. It has totally changed the way I view being in my body. I recognize how exercising makes me feel and want to take care of my body, not just live in it. This program helped give me a jumpstart on getting back to myself after having three kids in five years!
This is my third time recovering postpartum and this time I did the independent postpartum coaching - I have tried other programs in the past but they just weren’t as easy to follow so I didn’t stick with them. I saw results quickly with this 8 week program and plan to sign up for at least another month. I didn’t think I needed to build muscle but now that I’m building it, I see results and it’s extremely motivating. Highly recommend this program!
