Equipment Needed if You Select Home Workouts:
- One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
- A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
- Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. If you would like to get these booty bands, and disc sliders I promise you will love them!

I have joined the 8 week see yourself clearly challenge. So far I am liking the challenge. It isn't easy but I'm learning a lot and I'm motivated and anxious to see the results that come from working hard.

I was so excited to find this Body By Bree program. I have always struggled with being consistent with working out. When I found this program I knew this was it! This was what was going to help me make the lifestyle changes that I wanted to make. At the end of week five I had an injury happen that prevented me from fully participating in my workouts. I was bummed. The last 3 weeks of the challenge I didn’t really participate however as I am healing I am anxious to get back to training.
