Get fit

Equipment Needed if You Select Home Workouts:

  • One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
  • A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
  • Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. You can find my favorite fitness equipment and accessories HERE. Grab yours now!
  • If you do not want to get the disc sliders or booty bands that is okay too, I have modifications listed.

Never thought I could feel this good!

The postpartum program is amazing!! It took me out of my comfort zone big time but I’m so glad now that I did it! After I had my second baby I had really bad hemorrhoids and terrible low back pain some mornings I would get up and hardly be able to walk but with consistently eating right and working out my hemorrhoids are gone and my back pain went down drastically. I feel confident and strong in my own body and I didn’t know if that would be possible again. I highly recommend this program and Bree and her team!

Priceless Education

I have done many many workout programs, fad diets, and worked with lots of different trainers. I started with the post-partum program at 6 weeks post-partum from twins and transitioned into the advanced workouts and challenges. The Body by bree experience is one of the best and most sustainable programs I have encountered. It really focuses on the whole body, mind and sould.
