I am currently entering my 2nd week of the program and in awe of of how well rounded this program is. It’s not only focused on strength training exercise, and eating balanced, but BBB also introduces techniques for mental well-being, such as meditation and focusing on small daily wins to break through my own mental barriers to success. I started this program the same week that I went back to my job as a teacher because I was wanted more balance. I am so happy I invested in this program! It’s a powerful investment in getting know myself through intensive self-care and in transforming previous thresholds of resistance to change. There are many opportunities that arise when we start creating and living the best versions of ourselves!
I have learned so much about health and fitness since I joined body by bree. I never knew losing weight could be so flexible with what you eat and working out. I feel like I can make this a lifestyle change which gives me so much motivation to keep going! Thank you Bree.
I was very disappointed to find out that there was not a program for men after I already had signed up. This should be advertised on your website.
8 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM
Where do I even start… honestly, “life changing,”still sells this program short. It’s designed perfectly for the busy mom, the working mom, whoever you are this program accommodates you! I knew going into the program that the physical results would be amazing if I put the work in. But what I didn’t expect was the unbelievable positive mental transformation I would have. I am the happiest, most centered, calm and focused I’ve ever felt in my life. The meditation piece of this program makes for a total transformation! I can’t thank Bree and her staff enough for this program and all of the support they and the other BBB babes have lent! I am forever grateful!! Can’t wait for the next challenge!!!!
