Equipment Needed if You Select Home Workouts:
- One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
- A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
- Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. If you would like to get these booty bands and disc sliders, I promise you will love them!

This is my favorite program! Bree gives you a meal plan that’s not gonna deprive yourself, she gives you workouts that you can modify for your ability! I love that herself and her team check in every other week! It makes it easy to want to better yourself.

I have been trying to get healthy on and off for the past 5+ years and have not been successful. I tried Bree’s two week free trial and absolutely feel in love. After the trial I signed up for the 8 week program. I am two weeks into the program and I can honestly say it has been life changing! The biggest difference is that I WANT to eat healthy and I WANT to workout.
