Signing up for this was the greatest decision I’ve made in awhile! While I’ve always been an active person, day to day life & work seemed to get in the way more than expected. I found myself lacking energy, confidence, and time for MYSELF. So I took the step one day, and made the purchase. I loved having the videos to help along the way and guide me, I quickly began to notice a change in my body and energy. I didn’t even know what macros were until getting started. Now before I eat anything I’m fascinated by knowing the macro count, even for fun! I plan to continue my plan and keep on going :) towards the end once work began to get busy, I notice myself slacking slightly...but then I kept going back to the reason I started this in the first place. Having the motivational videos along the way helps so much! 15/10 would recommend. :)

I purchased your greens 3 weeks ago & have been loving it 😊 I don’t get that 2:00 slump or lack of energy at ALL and I know I’m getting all of my veggies in plus it’s all organic !!! I noticed that I didn’t break out before my period or have crazy cravings not sure if it was from greens but that was the only thing I changed.
You won’t regret getting this protein. It’s a little pricey but your health is worth it. Creamy and delicious without sacrificing quality ingredients — this protein exceeded my expectations.
I mix it with almond milk and drink - or I add it to a smoothie shake (almond milk, banana, and strawberries). I literally crave it. It’s so refreshing and good.

I was really worried that at home workouts wouldn't be difficult enough or lose my attention quickly. I couldn't be more wrong. They are difficult. They are fun/ challenging. Leg day was a killer today. Thank you for making this program so motivating, user-friendly, and adapting it to me our current needs. I can already see changes in my mind and body after only 2 weeks!
Bree is an amazing coach. She helps you reach your goals and helps you when you’re struggling. This program gives you all the tools to succeed. I especially love her focus on not only physical health, but emotional and mental as well. All other programs I’ve tried before just focus on the physical. This by far has been the best one- Bree knows just how important it is to be healthy in EVERY way! I’m planning to continue the program!
I started my postpartum workout journey 8 weeks after my son was born. Prior to becoming pregnant, I was a gym rat. I turned to body by Bree for guidance through my entire pregnancy and chose to do the same as I started my postpartum journey. I am so glad that I did! She was able help me strengthen my core muscles again and learn how to balance my fitness at home & being a new mother all while during a pandemic!

I was a little turned off by the price of this at first but loved that it wasn't filled with a ton of ingredients that I couldn't pronounce. Now that I've tried it I have to say that it is by far the best tasting protein powder I have ever had. It is creamy and delicious!

I usually add the greens to my shakes in the mornings, but sometimes I take a "shot" (one scoop with a little bit of water in a shaker) before my runs and found that it really boosts my endurance during my runs. When I don't take it, I have a harder time pushing through a longer run. Definitely recommend this if you are not sure about pre- workout.
Just what I needed to get back on track and get the results I’ve been waiting for! Was it hard? Yes. Was it worth it? Yes!!! I feel like I genuinely learned how to take care of my mind and body and am set up for success. Loved it! Definitely going to keep training with Bree.
I'm pretty finicky when it comes to protein supplements, especially when in the form of powder. Bree's protein powder tastes SO good though! It doesn't taste grainy and adds a good flavor to everything I add it to. I don't feel bloated after using it but instead full feel and satisfied.
The program that Bree has put together is amazing! She works hard to personalize each experience and is super supportive every step of the process. Bree has been my biggest cheerleader and patient with me every step of the way. Yes, the program is hard BUT it's doable and can realistically be a lifestyle change, unlike many other programs I've done in the past. I plan to continue the program, even after I meet my goals because my body feels so much better now as it's getting the exercise and nutrition that it needs!

As a single mom, 6 weeks PP I was excited to have a little push from someone who understood the PP journey. My days weren’t perfect, but it seemed every time I got down or frustrated with myself for not being 100%, brees videos would pop up and continue to give me the motivation and the grace I needed to give myself & hear.

I love love the BodyByBree 8 week training program. I have literally tried every weight loss program and diet out there. The last program calculated my calories at 1200, I would fill horrible for eating a Krispy Kreme donut knowing I had used a third of my calories (obviously you can't eat donuts daily and lose weight). I love counting macros too, I work in accounting and counting my macros is seriously my new Jam! When I got my meal plan for the week from Bree I could not believe it. One of the snacks was light baby bell cheese, one of the dinners was buffalo chicken, and one of the snacks was a halo ice-cream bar (3 of my favorites). I literally have to force myself to eat all the meals and snacks during the day. I look forward to all my meals and snacks. I love not feeling hungry. The workouts are amazing too! I was forcing myself to run half marathons to lose weight. I hate running. Bree's workouts are great. I tried her two week trial and have been doing the program for almost 2 weeks now too. I feel so happy and healthy. Even my body fat is going down! This program and meal plan is something I could do forever. I would recommend this program!
Thank you for creating this program- I’ve done SO many fitness programs and when things get hard ( like they have the last few weeks) I would be tempted to talk myself out of finishing. Your approach reminds me that this journey is rarely linear, but consistency is key. So after a rough few weeks, I dusted myself off, talked to a friend who is also doing your program and got right back into it! Thank you!
I was 4 months PP, when I decided I needed more motivation and accountability when I signed up for Bodybybree. The app that she gives you access to is soooo easy to use, and her workouts are catered to your needs. I was signing up with an ankle injury and was feeling defeated because I couldn’t run anymore to lose weight and get back in shape. When you sign up there’s a questionnaire you feel out, so she knows what your needs are (diet modifications, athletic ability, breastfeeding, etc.)I was soooo excited to see the cardio involved in these workouts were low impact for my specific needs, and guess what, they kicked my butt. After the first workout, I was hooked. I was able to workout from home with few equipment necessities, and break a sweat. I couldn’t believe it.
You will also receive a diet plan. What’s awesome, is she is always sending more ideas for meals or resources for meals. Another aspect of her training is on your mental health. The training program I picked was with 2 way communication which is great for questions throughout your journey. Sign up! It’s worth it. I’m now signing up for the continuation program!!
Today I ran my longest run in over 5 years. 6.3 miles. Non stop. I cannot believe it. I felt soooo good. I could cry. I’m in shock. 4 weeks of doing your plan plus 2 weeks trial and I’ve never felt stronger. 😭😭😭
