PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as "Device Information".

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

  • "Cookies" are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
  • "Log files" track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
  • "Web beacons", "tags", and "pixels" are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as "Order Information".

When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HEALTH AND FITNESS DATA

Through the BodyByBree app, we collect health and fitness information that you provide or that the app records. This may include your height, weight, body measurements, age, progress photos, workout activity and logged exercises, food and macronutrient tracking, step and activity data, and health information you share in your intake questionnaire, such as injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or postpartum status, and medications.

With your permission, the app may also sync activity data, such as steps and workouts, from Health Connect or other connected fitness services. This synced data is displayed to you and your coach within the app and is not used for any other purpose.

We use your health and fitness information only to deliver the coaching services you signed up for: to build and adjust your training program, calculate and update your macronutrient targets, track your progress, and respond to your questions.

We do not sell your health data. We do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for advertising purposes. Access is limited to BodyByBree coaching staff and to the service providers that operate our platform on our behalf.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who operate our platform on our behalf, such as our app and training platform, payment processor, and email and text messaging providers, and only so they can provide those services to us.

We may also disclose your information where required by applicable law, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information, or to otherwise protect our rights.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal and health information for as long as you have an account with us, including after your program ends, so that your history and progress remain available if you return. We do not automatically delete inactive accounts. You can request deletion at any time, as described below.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA

You can request deletion of your account and all associated personal and health data at any time by emailing bree@bodybybree.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

We will confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days. Once deleted, your account, workout history, progress photos, and tracked data cannot be recovered. We may retain limited transaction records where required by law, such as for tax and accounting purposes.
