Refund policy

BodyByBree Program Acknowledgements:
You are releasing the BodyByBree LLC. from any liability while working out independently. The outlined workouts/programs are structured to be performed without a trainer present.

Returns/Refunds:
BodyByBree Programs are intended to serve female clients only. BodyByBree reserves the right to refuse service to any party at any time. Program purchases are not eligible for refund after questionnaire has been completed. Any refunds given (minus any promo costs and/or shipping) will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please email hello@bodybybree.com for program returns. Jumpstart purchases are non-refundable.

BodyByBree Nourish purchases are not eligible for a refund. If you receive a damaged cookbook, please email nourish@bodybybree.com including pictures of the damaged book and a replacement will be sent out within 3-5 business days.

BodyByBree Supplements 
•BodyByBree Protein is final sale and non-refundable after purchase.
•Unopened supplements, excluding proteins, may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please email hello@bodybybree.com for supplement return. See Shipping and Processing Policies for more information.
•Opened BodyByBree supplements do not qualify for a refund.
Refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days after supplements are received back to warehouse.
•Supplement subscription orders must notify hello@bodybybree.com by email for any changes to their order within 2 business days to be eligible for any adjustments. Any requests made within this time frame are not guaranteed to be changed before the order processes and are not eligible for refunds on any shipping costs incurred.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@bodybybree.com.

Retreats/Event:
Tickets for retreats or events are non-refundable after purchase. Tickets are transferrable.

Gifts/Vouchers:
If a program was purchased as a gift, please provide the recipient with the order number provided in the purchase confirmation email to redeem. Programs must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase date.
