Equipment Needed if You Select Home Workouts:
- One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
- A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
- Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. If you would like to get these booty bands and disc sliders, I promise you will love them!
- If you do not want to get the disc sliders or booty bands that is okay too, I have modifications listed. Check out my Home Workout Kit that includes a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands. Grab yours now!

I can’t say enough good things about this program. Not only do you get physically strong but mentally as well. Bree sets you up so that these changes become habits. It’s not a get fit quick program. It’s a lifestyle change and I loved it! The workouts weren’t too long or boring. They were challenging and pushed me. I saw amazing results. Definitely recommend doing this program. It’s amazing!

I just completed the 8 week postpartum program. Not only did I enjoy the workouts and grow stronger, but also appreciate the holistic approach the program offers. I just completed BodyByBree’s 8 week postpartum challenge and I feel absolutely amazing! Bree is so supportive and this program has helped me feel better and look better. I debated for a long time whether I should sign up and I am so glad I did! I needed this program to help me get my health back on track after pregnancy/postpartum and I finally feel like myself again! When I started the challenge, I was afraid I was going to do well for a week or two then lose interest (that’s how I’ve been with any other diet/exercise program I’ve tried) but the BBB community keeps you accountable, the weekly challenges keep you engaged, and the workouts are challenging but very beginner-friendly and you can go through them pretty quick so I didn’t have any excuses to not do them. I am shocked at how much stronger I am and I didn’t spend hours each day in the gym or starve myself to get incredible results! The mindfulness part of this program has also taught me to keep track of the mental wins each day, even if they seem small, and that if you mess up one day or one meal to just get right back on track instead of giving up. I think every new mom should do this program because it has seriously helped with the anxiety, fatigue, and stress that are all part of postpartum. This program truly is life changing and I can’t wait to keep training with Bree!
