This program was just what I needed to get back into exercising and feeling great post baby. Exercising helped me sleep more soundly, helped get rid of the “mom fog” looming over my brain every day and just overall helped me feel a million times better.
All I can say is WOW! Getting back into shape after my second baby seemed like such a daunting task. I decided to purchase Bree’s program and have loved it. It definitely has helped me make lifestyle changes for the better. Being a mom of two she makes it so easy to find time to work out and create a healthy lifestyle. She has taught me to give myself grace in my postpartum journey. She is so supportive and is always there to motivate and support you however she can! Can’t wait to continue training with her!

I love this program!! As a new Mom I am usually exhausted, but this time around I felt so energized and had a better milk supply. It’s because Bree teaches you how to eat to fuel your body and gives challenging exercises that slowly build on each other. She teaches you the right way to heal your pelvic floor and ab separation. She is so supportive and kind. I highly recommend it!!!
