Equipment Needed if You Select Home Workouts:
- One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
- A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
- Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. If you would like to get these booty bands and disc sliders, I promise you will love them!
- If you do not want to get the disc sliders or booty bands that is okay too, I have modifications listed. Check out my Home Workout Kit that includes a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands. Grab yours now!

This was one of the greatest experiences I have had creating a healthy lifestyle! I loved that I could work out safely for my post partum body and that I could correct my diastasis recti. Bree and her team were with me every step of the way. I strongly reccomend everyone to do this program because not only do I feel way better physically but mentally strong too. Absolutely loved it!
I really love how Bree doesn’t just focus on your physical change, but also reminds you how important emotional change is as well. I was 6 weeks postpartum when I started her program, and was beating myself up pretty bad when we started, but she reminds you that you just gave birth and you need to give yourself grace emotionally. It made all the difference!!
I was on the fence about doing this program after I had my baby, but I wasn’t seeing any change from what I was doing. So I joined her program and did her challenge. I am so glad I did!! It was definitely a change from what I was used to. I had never counted macros before. But she provided me with the things I needed to learn to do my best! And I really loved her workouts. I workout at home, and it was actually enjoyable! I could fit my workout in around the crazy schedule we have. Since I did the postpartum program, she provided exercises for your pelvic floor, which helped so much. The workouts are also lower intensity, so you’re not jumping around feeling like you are doing too much too soon. And I saw some really great results, while maintaining my milk supply! I highly recommend it!
I cannot emphasize enough what an outstanding program this is. I am a new mom of two and was wanting something to help me get back on track after having my second baby.
