I loved this program!! My ab separation was terrible and this truly helped it improve. I am a little sad that I can’t keep the workouts for the ab separation when doing the continuation.

Invest in yourself - great program!

I couldn't wait to sign up for Bree's program. I fully committed myself to it. I worked hard, learned a ton, and saw a huge change in not only my postpartum body but also in my mindset. This isn't a quick fix but a lifestyle. I learned consistency works. I loved the programs so much that I am still a client of Bree's and doing her continuation plan now. Overall great program!

Such a great postpartum program. Workouts were modified to postpartum bodies and abs. Helped so much with abdominal muscle separation. I learned so much about food as far as fueling my body properly! I loved the mental health aspect Bree has incorporated. I finished 8 weeks feeling strong, happy with results, and ready to continue healthy lifestyle.
