Congratulations on recently having your baby! This is such an exciting time for you. I'd recommend the Body After Baby Programs if you've had a baby in the last three months or if you have more than a two finger ab separation. The workouts are still really challenging but if you need them to be more difficult after you get started, we can adjust but I want to help you protect your pelvic floor muscles.

Equipment Needed for Home Workouts:
- One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
- A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
- Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. If you would like to get these booty bands, and disc sliders I promise you will love them!

This training program is awesome!! Bree gives you great advice and understands Mom’s and postpartum healing. I was able to learn good habits for long term health. I feel so much better after completing this training program. The workouts are fun and interesting. I love it overall.

Hi there! It says you’ve fulfilled my order as of 14 days ago, however I have not actually received my program! I continue to check my inbox as well as my junk mail and the program has not yet appeared in either of those places!
