You should be able to log into your profile and manage your account by clicking the little person figure in the top right corner of the website. If it’s not recognizing an account with your email, you can request an account invite be resent by emailing email@example.com. Once you create your login and password you'll be able to manage your subscription. Moving forward, you can access it again in the top right of the website under "subscription".
You can update your payment information by logging in HERE. Click on "Manage Subscription", "Payment Information", "Edit" to add your new card payment information.
If you are just needing to update your payment information and a payment hasn't failed, you can update it by logging in HERE. Click on "My Account", "Payment Information", "Delete Card" to clear your old card information and add your new card payment information.
If a payment has failed to go through for your continuation training, you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you are self-motivated and ready to get to the workouts with 1 way communication from the BBB team, you’ll want the independent plan. BOTH give you the option for home or gym, and beginner or advanced training and BOTH are successful in getting you the results you are looking for! Continuation training does not include a new macro count so if you would like new macros you can purchase that separately HERE.
Great question! The beginner workouts have no jumping moves and the lifting movements are a little more basic. Advanced workouts include jumping, high impact movements and the lifting moves are more complex/work several muscle groups at once. Remember, you can always switch from between the two if you need to make a change by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Absolutely! The BodyByBree program has options for travel workouts in the app that you can keep with you on the go. Get what you can in and commit to moving everyday if possible! Macros are a sustainable way to enjoy life and feel balanced while still staying committed to your goals. If you are on vacation, remember memories over macros and try not to overdo it. If you travel regularly for work or fun, consider if you will have easy access to a gym or if you will need workouts with less equipment. The BodyByBree program has both options and BOTH are successful in getting you the results you are looking for!

Your macro ratios are really important when you account for your macros. Tracking macros isn't so much about "eating less" but correctly fueling your body so you can gain lean muscle and lower your body fat percentage, which will help you lose weight long term and not yo-yo. You can't spot reduce fat so lifting to sculpt your body and eating more clean whole foods will help you see results if you are consistent!

First of all, remember memories over macros! When I’m traveling I allow myself one treat meal with dessert and then I can make smart food choices the rest of the time. I don’t feel like I’m missing out but I don’t overdo it. It’s important to enjoy life and feel balanced while still staying committed to your goals! I also try to not stress about macros on vacation. I will try to eat balanced meals and focus on nutrients. If you are able to plan ahead, do so! Try to have some protein at every meal and have fun on your vacay!
