Shipping policy
Shipping and Processing:
All order $75+ qualify for free shipping. Orders less than $75 pay a flat $7.00 shipping fee.
Physical items that need to be shipped will be processed within 2 business days. Delivery and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your purchased product to reach you may vary. Shipping is only available to the USA and parts of Canada. Please contact hello@bodybybree.com with any additional shipping questions.
Typical shipping times are:
USA: 1-5 business days
Canada: 6-20 business days
BodyByBree is not responsible for lost shipments. We recommend purchasing Route Package Protection for all items shipped. If a package has been lost for 7 days and included Route Package Protection, please submit a claim HERE. If a package has been lost for 7 days and didn't include Route Package Protection, customer is responsible to submitting a lost package form with USPS or shipping carrier.
Training Programs and app access will be delivered electronically via email the Saturday before your selected start date. Please double check the email you include in your questionnaire for accuracy as all program correspondence and app access will be sent to the provided email.
Macro Counts will be delivered electronically via email within 5 business days. Meal Plans will be delivered electronically via email within 10 business days. Please double check the email you include in your questionnaire for accuracy as all macro count and meal plan correspondence will be sent to the provided email.
Nourish Digital purchases will be delivered electronically via email within 24 hours of purchase.
Shipping Policies and Process for Supplement Returns/Changes/Cancellations:
Supplement orders eligible for return will be supplied with the address to mail back supplements and refunded to original method of payment within 2 business days of receipt in the warehouse.
We pride ourselves on providing timely and helpful service to all our customers. In case of any service interruptions, we will notify affected customers and continue fulfill affected orders as soon as possible.
