How do I know if I'm ready for this?

What if I can’t make it to the live Zoom calls?

We’ll miss you, but no worries! Every Zoom call will be recorded and sent to you so you can watch on your own schedule when it’s convenient for you.

I've trained with BodyByBree before, can I still join?

If you’re a returning client, you can sign up for the Year of Health and receive four months of free training, or choose a month-to-month continuation to join the challenge with no discount applied.

Can I do this challenge if I’m pregnant or taking GLP-1 medication?

This specific challenge isn’t designed for pregnant clients.

GLP-1 clients are welcome to participate in the challenge but are not eligible for the grand prize. To take advantage of the sale, GLP-1 programs must be purchased by December 30th.
