8 Week Training Program Includes:

Equipment Needed for Home Workouts:
- One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
- A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
- Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. If you would like to get these booty bands, and disc sliders I promise you will love them!

7 Day Customized Meal Plan Includes:

I did the Fall 2020 Challenge and it was life changing for me. At age 60, I had my doubts about being able to sculpt my body, but I was pleasantly surprised. Bree's work-out plan and individualized nutrition plan, along with the emotional support and education she gave us kept me motivated and encouraged. Honestly, I was hesitant at first and nervous that it would be just another workout plan that I just could not keep up with! But Brees workouts, education and nutrition plan have all been amazing! I have loved my eight week program and will be doing a continuation. The workouts are fun and I have learned so much about my nutrition. I feel stronger and have more energy.
This program helped me understand and implement counting macros. I did not realize just how awful my diet was making me feel. During this program, I have learned how to eat healthier and gotten into a habit of working out consistently. I have had back problems in the past but all the exercise moves can be swapped out or modified so that I could do the program. I got stronger and didn't hurt my back which has been awesome!
I loved how the workouts could be done at home. The meal plan/food guide was very helpful. I’m looking forward to continuing with Bree’s program. I appreciated how it was not too restrictive and there isn’t an all or nothing mentality. I learned a lot about my health doing this program. And each workout I can feel myself getting stronger and starting to want to work out instead of dreading it.
