8 Week Training Program Includes:

  • Customized macro count according to your height, weight, age, body type and overall goals.
  • Option of beginners or advanced workouts.
  • Home workouts for now, until public gyms open again. 
  • 24/7 access to the BodyByBree App accessing daily workouts.
  • Bi-weekly check-ins with me and my team to make sure you are staying motivated.
  • Weekly mental health exercises.
  • Monthly progress pictures and measurement reviews.
  • 7 days of educational videos to start the program with confidence.

Equipment Needed for Home Workouts: 

  • You will need free weights to complete your workouts and a yoga ball. I recommend having at least one set of 5lb-15lb weights, whatever is challenging for you. A bench is also great to have but you could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
  • Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. If you would like to get these booty bands, and disc sliders I promise you will love them!
  • If you do not want to get the disc sliders or booty bands that is okay too, I have modifications listed. Check out my Home Workout Kit that includes a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands for a killer deal! 

7 Day Customized Meal Plan Includes: (Available to add-on at checkout for $50)

  • Customized macro count according to your height, weight, age, body type and overall goals.
  • Meal Plan allergy options: Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Gluten/Dairy Free, Vegetarian.
  • Comprehensive breakdown of what to eat for every meal and snack including macro totals.
  • Recipes that match your macros.
  • $50/month renewal option to continue training with me month-to-month after the challenge ends. Includes four weeks of workouts, and continued support and new workouts.

After purchasing, you will receive an email to complete a new client questionnaire. This needs to be completed no later than April 1st to enter the challenge.

She is so knowledgable!!!!

I have loved working with Bodybybree!! She not only educates you about fitness and health but she strongly encourages you to look at your "mental fitness" and helps you overcome mental blocks that might be affecting your fitness goals. For example, I am an emotional eater (bad). Every Monday she has "mental Mondays" where she educates you about a mental struggle. One week that was on emotional eating. The things so said made so much sense and really helped me look at food and my emotions in a different way. I LOVE MONDAYS, because I know Bree is going to be educating me to become a better me and help me through this journey of life!

Fun and Easy!

I’ve tried different work out plans before but nothing has worked like Bree! She changes the workouts so you never get bored and she makes sure you work out every group. I couldn’t recommend her program any more!

Best workout program

I have tried a lot of different workout programs but soon lose motivation to keep doing the workouts. Bree’s program is the best and I love the workouts! I did her 8 week program and now do the continuation program.
