Equipment Needed if You Select Home Workouts:
- One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
- A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
- Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. If you would like to get these booty bands and disc sliders, I promise you will love them!

I am so glad I found Bree and signed up to do this challenge! This program is full of so many amazing aspects. It doesn’t only focus on workouts. Bree teaches you about meditation, goal setting, avoiding burnout, finding your inner strength, and the importance of fueling your body correctly! Along the way she is an extremely motivating guide on your fitness journey! Every Monday is motivational and is full of amazing information on varying topics with podcasts linked, videos of Bree sharing her knowledge and a new challenge to keep you engaged for the week. This challenge has been amazing thanks to Bree and her team!
I really learned alot of valuable things throughout this challenge. The educational videos really helped me change my relationship with food. Bree has very holistic mind and body approach. I feel like like although not easy, it was a sustainable way of eating. The workouts are totally doable. I'm at a very beginner level and I felt confident with the instruction and videos given.
This was my first time doing a fitness challenge of any kind. I used to be really athletic and into sports, but somewhere between life and work and mental health issues, I fell off the fitness bandwagon. This program really helped give me back some confidence that I'd lost. I started holding myself accountable and pushing myself. The workouts were great and I did them right from home. I learned so much about macros and what a healthy, balanced meal looks like.I think what made this program most special for me was the whole mental health, mindfulness, and positivity aspect. I don't like the idea of getting caught up with disordered eating or restricting myself, and this program taught me how to eat well and not feel deprived. I also finally got the hang of meditation (which I tried many times before and never felt like it helped me). I loved all the videos by Bree and the motivation I got from the group chat. Overall this was a great experience and I'm going to continue with the independent training program from now on!
Bree’s program is phenomenal! I feel like I’ve found myself again. Not only am I losing inches and pounds, I’m getting so much stronger! The workouts are amazing! Quick and effective!
