Get fit

Equipment Needed if You Select Home Workouts:

  • One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
  • A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
  • Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. If you would like to get these booty bands and disc sliders, I promise you will love them!
  • If you do not want to get the disc sliders or booty bands that is okay too, I have modifications listed. Check out my Home Workout Kit that includes a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands. Grab yours now!

Love!!! Worth the money

I was thoroughly impressed with this program!! During my 8 weeks, I learned how to eat well, count macros, and the work outs were GREAT. The app is SO well done. I learned so much!! My only wish is that we could “pause” the program (if we get sick, emergency happens where we can’t workout for a week, etc.) I had this happen a few times and it really bummed me out. Also, I bought the full program and probably could have just done the independent option. Overall, I LOVED this program. Definitely saw results and you will too if you stick with it!!

Was a little Disappointed

The recipes in the first week were delicious and helpful beyond that I wasn’t impressed. This program wasn’t a fit for me but maybe it will be for you.

Best program Ever 👌

This program is the real deal. I am so glad I made the decision and took on the challenge, I learned so much about health and fitness and mental health! I am a better person mentally and physically because of Bree, I can't thank her enough! I highly recommend this program, the macro count, the meal plan and the workouts were just what I needed. I did the guided home workout plan and loved the two way communication with Bree and the community group chat was so inspiring and motivating. If you are undecisive, don't make the mistake I made by waiting a long time to start... Just do it, you won't regret it.
