Get fit

Equipment Needed if You Select Home Workouts:

  • One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
  • A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
  • Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. If you would like to get these booty bands and disc sliders, I promise you will love them!
  • If you do not want to get the disc sliders or booty bands that is okay too, I have modifications listed. Check out my Home Workout Kit that includes a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands. Grab yours now!

Wow! My daughter recommended this program, I can’t begin to explain how the Body by Bree program has changed my life! Let me start with the three greatest take always. The biggest “awe hah”moment for me was the fact that you need more than 1200 calories a day to loose weight. I’m 53 years old, and I have been on a diet since I was 12. I have tried every product and program. Yet this one works and makes the most sense. The second best take away is meal prepping and planning. It is a must for success! BBB has it all laid out for you, and I never felt confused or lost! Last but not least was the work out program. This was my main objective! I loved how everything was laid out for me, and I knew exactly what to do! There was substitute exercises for people who don’t want a lot of jumping. So many great tips for example, I also didn’t realize that you need bigger weights to loose weight. I felt like I had a personal trainer with me all the time, therefore, the accountability was the best thing for me! I am continuing the program and I can’t wait to see the results!
