Get fit

Equipment Needed if You Select Home Workouts:

  • One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
  • A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
  • Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. If you would like to get these booty bands and disc sliders, I promise you will love them and here's my favorite yoga ball.
  • If you do not want to get the disc sliders or booty bands that is okay too, I have modifications listed. Check out my Home Workout Kit (currently unavailable) that includes a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands. Grab yours now!

Best Motivational Coaching

BBB 8 week program was amazing! I couldn't be more satisfied with Bree and her team. They coach you every step of the way and there for all your questions. I love the group chats and the Pod Casting. 8 Week Challenge

Just finished the Body by Bree 8 week challenge. I’ve gained so much strength both physically and mentally. My biggest win on the program was overcoming my excuses and proving to myself that when I commit to something, I’m capable of following through. The workouts were challenging but do-able. The app was easy to navigate and track my progress. I’m extremely happy with my before and after photos. I can see the way my body has leaned out and gained muscle. I lost a total of nine pounds. I would definitely recommend this program!! Five stars!!

Love, love, love this program and never felt better

I just finished the 8 week program. I am down 15 pounds and have lost inches. I have so much more energy. This program combines exercise, meditation, mental challenges and macro counting. I never felt restricted like other diets I have tried before, such as keto or weight watchers. This program allows me the freedom to choose the foods I like. This program is a lifestyle change not a diet. I have developed a love of strength training I never had before. This program is so empowering.

Best program I've ever found

I've done Body by Bree for a year and a half, and just finished my second eight-week challenge, and I really love the whole program. She offers so much education that really helps to make lifestyle changes instead of just a quick fix. I've seen results without feeling overwhelmed or restrictive or like I'm "on a diet."
