I was tired all day long, grumpy and overall kinda miserable. We didn’t have the energy to be the parents we wanted to be. I had been following Bree for years and finally took the dive. My friends had all told me to track macros but it all seemed too overwhelming. Bree broke it down and made it make sense. She dove into my enneagram type and correlated it with health and fitness which all matched perfectly. Things finally started to click. The past 8 weeks working with Bree have been HARD and I couldn’t have done it without my support system. I’ve learned that I can count macros yet have the freedom to eat the things I love still (moderation is a key factor). I’ve started pushing myself at the gym again and am finally finding the energy to do that! I’m down 20lbs. I’m lifting heavier. I’m pushing myself during high again and I’ve learned to love going on walks! I have more energy for my kids and have learned that I love podcasts and meditating. I can’t wait to continue with @bodybybreefitness and see what else I am capable of.

I finally feel like I have a healthy relationship with food. I actually crave working out and need to move my body every day now. I’m nearly 50 years ol and I feel stronger than I ever have. At the start of the program my cholesterol was high and my iron and white blood count were low. I had more bloodwork done nine months later and my white blood count and iron were up and my cholesterol was down. I also love the weekly mindset education and have incorporated meditation into my life daily. I am a mentally and physically stronger and healthier person now and I really do love this program!

My experience with BodyByBree has been amazing. I have loved discovering my personality type and how that ties into my workouts and commitment to working out. My toughest battle hasn’t been being committed to working out but more that it’s okay not to be 100% all of the time. I could give myself grace because one bad moment wouldn’t ruin my progress. I was able to find out and get over the mindset that the smaller the number, the happier I would be. I was able to work on my fitness from a mental standpoint which helped change the way I see progress. My biggest motivation to keep going was that nobody could fix it but me. Nobody was going to come and save me and make me happier with life and with myself. I wanted to be a better mom who had the energy to keep up with my toddlers! I’ve loved the program!! My biggest win was overcoming the all or nothing mindset. I’m an enneagram 8, so when I can’t do something perfect I usually don’t do it at all. Just having that realization during this program was huge. I keep reminding myself that “5 minutes of something is better than all day of nothing” and that has been helpful in so many areas of my life. I have consistently been going on walks, doing my workouts, and making progress in so many other areas of my life simply because of that mindset shift. This fitness journey has been life-changing. I’ve tried so many weight loss programs but I never felt good while doing it and I was never able to sustain it on my own. All around amazing!!!
This program is all inclusive! It’s got options for so many variations and the app is perfect and user friendly. As with anything challenging, it’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it. I took it day by day, meal by meal, decision by decision and I found success after 8 weeks! I feel stronger, more in control mentally and I’m just so proud of myself! I would recommend this to anyone looking to make a change. Oh and I LOVED the workouts!

After having my third baby, I wasn’t taking care of myself like I should have and I started to feel like I was drowning in motherhood. I didn’t make much time for self-care and consequently my mental and physical health suffered. I felt like I didn’t even recognize myself in the mirror anymore.
