I loved the workouts on this plan. I did the advanced program! Very challenging but got my body moving and back In shape! Workouts change every two weeks to keep things changing up! Great program! Will be continuing the workouts on this app!
I have enjoyed Bre's other programs. However, advising pregnant women to do burpees and high-impact cardio is dangerous. While some women may be able to do such exercises, the majority of medical professionals recommend avoiding such exercises and opting for low-impact workouts. It truly seems like she just copied and pasted from her other workout plans. If I had been able to preview a workout before purchasing, I could have avoided spending money on something I couldn't use. This experience will certainly detour me from purchasing any of her plans in the future.
Hi! Since you have been training with us in your first trimester you do not need to modify your workouts till the second trimester. As a pre- and postnatal specialist I take great care in understanding what my prenatal clients needs are. I’m happy to modify anything you do not feel comfortable doing.

This program is all inclusive! It’s got options for so many variations and the app is perfect and user friendly. As with anything challenging, it’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it. I took it day by day, meal by meal, decision by decision and I found success after 8 weeks! I feel stronger, more in control mentally and I’m just so proud of myself! I would recommend this to anyone looking to make a change. Oh and I LOVED the workouts!
I started body by Bree after my second baby. Fast forward 10 months, I’m in the best shape of my life. My body composition is still changing, I’ve got so much energy, and I’ve never felt so strong!!
I still can’t believe how fast I saw progress in my digestion!! 👏🏽👏🏽 I need more.
I loved that the tabata workout switched automatically and that each workout has the video option there to watch prior to the exercise.
So grateful to get this macro count! I so appreciate that she took into consideration that I am nursing so I can keep my milk supply and hit my goals!
I got a less aggressive macro count and it has been perfect for me to slowly get better at each day. It’s keeping me aware of what I eat in a day but it’s not overly restrictive. I never feel hungry.
BBB has got me in the habit of moving my body everyday and I am so thankful for that! I really enjoy her workouts and I love being able to substitute different moves if I can't do certain ones due to an injury or pain. I have really enjoyed being introduced to meditation and how important it is to slow down and appreciate my body and all it does for me. I love that she supports wellness on the inside as well as the outside. This program has given me a good foundation to continue on my journey of health and wellness. I appreciate all the knowledge and education she provides!
I have had the best 8 weeks! Bree’s program is amazing! I love the app, the exercises, the video examples, the mindset podcasts and challenges. This is truly unlike any program I have ever tried! I have been so consistent and confident going to the gym to do weight lifting I have never done before all because of Bree! I can see muscles I didn’t know my body could even make and it’s only been 8 weeks! You will love this program, I cannot recommend it enough!!
Bree’s postpartum program has been so great for my mental health. It has totally changed the way I view being in my body. I recognize how exercising makes me feel and want to take care of my body, not just live in it. This program helped give me a jumpstart on getting back to myself after having three kids in five years!
This program is such a great fit for moms! The macro counting is such a game changer. I was able to loose weight and keep nursing without any issues with my supply. They are fantastic to work with and so understanding with life. I did not do every little thing like I would have loved to since life is really full and hard right now but I still got results with what I was able to get done. They are SO encouraging and helpful. ❤️

This is my third time recovering postpartum and this time I did the independent postpartum coaching - I have tried other programs in the past but they just weren’t as easy to follow so I didn’t stick with them. I saw results quickly with this 8 week program and plan to sign up for at least another month. I didn’t think I needed to build muscle but now that I’m building it, I see results and it’s extremely motivating. Highly recommend this program!
The uplift challenge was just what I needed! As I’ve noticed aging creep up on me, I’ve realized how my priorities are changing. I want to keep my strength and balance and be able to keep up with the life I want. This program has been exactly what I’ve been looking for. BBB is a beautiful community of women that want strength over skinny. And the best part is it’s not just strength in body, but in mind and spirit too!!!
I would highly recommend Bree’s program! I’ve been doing the at home workouts and this is my first time tracking Macros. She makes everything easy to understand and I’m so happy with the progress I’ve made!
I’m not a beginner to macros or working out but I’ve had a hard time staying consistent in the past and keeping up with it all. I feel like this program has helped me by meeting me where I’m at and make small and sustainable changes. I got overwhelmed when I tried it all by myself and with this, I felt supported and motivated to keep going. And when I needed to be uplifted, I had other women to talk with who were going through the same thing! This program is more than that, it’s truly a community and a lifestyle!
I love the holistic approach of the BBB training program! I joined the Uplift Challenge this year and had a great experience. The weekly mindful challenges were a huge plus and I learned a lot through them. That made the biggest difference for me with this program vs others. The BBB community is very supportive, though at times the notifications were a little excessive. However, I appreciate that the option is there for those who want to use it! The monthly zoom meetings were helpful for motivation too.
I loved my 8 week program with Body by Bree. I definitely got stronger and started seeing more muscle definition by the end of the program. The workouts are great and you can sub out exercises for another exercise that works the same muscle group really easily, which I loved! The nutrition help was great and helped me lose inches and pounds. I’m going to purchase a continuation program to keep going on my journey!
This was my first time ever doing Bree's challenge which I was hesitant at first, because I had a good workout routine from home that I love already. I joined because I wanted to mix things up a bit and especially get more of the mental education she teaches. There really is so much info, knowledge, resources, and a great mix of workouts for the price! I'm looking forward to another challenge.
