As an experienced weight lifter- I was severely disappointed. This program is basically 80% cardio and maybe 20% strength training. Nothing about this program will help you either retain or gain muscle mass… unless you’re starting from zero. Also, as someone newly pregnant and who struggles to get moving- so much cardio is actually way more depleting than a good lifting session.

I’m sorry you feel that way. We structured the pregnancy workouts to focus on strength training with small cardio bursts as an option. Each workout is centered around muscle splits and incorporates a very structured strategic plan to help you maintain muscle while pregnant. It also progresses with you through each trimester, including preparing your body for birth. We also incorporate deep stretches to help you feel comfortable while pregnant. Im sorry this is not the style you prefer. We have trained hundreds of pregnant women who thrive on our program and love the lifting aspect.

My results from doing the Body By Bree program have been fantastic! I can tell that I am much more toned, lost weight, and feel so much better. The workouts were tough, but when you see results, you keep going! This program changed my mindset. Following my macros became so easy. What a great program that puts its focus on mind and body and being healthy!
One of the best programs out there! I searched and searched and tried and tried and did and did… I loved my 8 week challenge because I found a love for working out and it became consistent. So, even when I didn’t feel like it, I still did it! I also exercised mindfulness like never before. From my thoughts about food to thoughts about myself and others! It was gentle when it needed to be, and persistent when it needed to be. A lot I can say about this but it was definitely a positive experience and I’m here to stay!! The 8 weeks was just the beginning!
I love both the chocolate and vanilla protein powders available through BBB. Both are delicious and contain more than most powders. I also appreciate the fabulous customer service I find when working with this company. They have gone above and beyond to help me, when needed!
The chocolate protein does not taste good. I haven’t tried the vanilla yet. But fortunately, it doesn’t cause GI upset like some protein powders do
After one week of tracking macros, I can honestly say I feel better. It's a challenge to hit my protein and stay within my calorie alottment, but I'm getting the hang of it. I think Bree was right on with my number. I'm anxious to see how I feel after eight weeks.

This VIP reset challenge is not what I was expecting. In all the videos I watched for being a VIP I was under the impression we would be getting 1:1 virtual weekly coaching on your mindset and such. That is not happening and was the only reason I chose to be a VIP. I am very happy with downgrading to a classic client and would like to get a refund for the difference of $200. I do not intended to use the VIP offerings as they are not what I was looking for. I’d rather be a happy classic client than an unhappy disappointed VIP. Please let me know how we can make this happen.
I recently did Bree's jumpstart, but in 2020 purchased her full program. I highly recommend what Bree has to offer. Her programs are jam-packed with good education and individual help. I learned so much about macro plans, strength training, and good emotional health. Bree cares about helping others and is generous in sharing her knowledge. I loved this because I had no burnout. I was still eating plenty, eating good food, but I learned what to eat and how much. I also loved the gym workouts.
