I have wanted to train with Bree for years and finally did it— and am so glad! The workouts are my favorite part. I’ve been a cardio addict for too long, and learned so many new things from Bree’s workouts and feel so much stronger. Macros were for sure a learning curve, but it was eye-opening to eat what I wanted, feel full and still see results. I’m going to buy a continuation, I can’t really imagine not having her daily workouts ready for me in the app!
I started this program about 6 weeks after having my first baby. Postpartum is no joke. It’s hard to get motivated to do anything, to feel confident in yourself and in your body, and it’s hard to think that things will ever feel normal again. Bree’s program provided me with the tools I needed to help get me back on track and feel like myself again. Not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well!
So I started this program about 3 months postpartum with my first baby. I gained 40 lb during my pregnancy and was stuck at 12 lbs above my pre pregnancy weight for a while. I had heard a lot of women say the last 10-15 lb can be stubborn until you stop breastfeeding so I was kind of trying to accept that I probably couldn’t lose the weight while breastfeeding anyways, but figured I’d give this program a shot. I thought I was eating well before starting this challenge and had never counted macros. I am SO bummed I didn’t take any before pictures. Honestly, I thought I will give this like 70% effort and be easy on myself so I probably won’t care enough or be all in enough to take pictures. Well, 8 weeks later, I’m 2 lb below my pre pregnancy weight and SO much more toned and muscular than I was. So I lost almost 15 lb, and my milk supply never dropped at all. But it’s not even about the number, I just feel like I trust my body now. I always thought things like this wouldn’t work for me or my body just didn’t lose weight as easily as other women. Turns out I just never knew how much I could eat in a “diet”! It’s true what Bree says...you won’t be hungry when hitting your macros. I’m so happy about how this has changed my relationship with food. I never thought I could eat this well and see improvements in my body. I love the structure of the workouts. It’s so nice to see it all laid out for you before you start your workout so you know exactly what’s in store. That really helps me mentally prepare. I could go on and on... obviously. Point being, even if you have your doubts, just give this a shot. I didn’t like the idea of weighing everything because I didn’t want to become obsessive but I was actually able to do all of this without having to use a food scale every time I eat! My ab separation is fully healed too! 1000% recommend this. Thank you Bree!
I am a mother of two, and 3 months postpartum and absolutely love the workouts! I am able to get a quick workout in and feel so accomplished! I did the fall in love with you challenge, and can tell a huge difference in myself not only physically, but mentally too!
I started this program 7 weeks after my fourth baby, i know i would have seen more results if i would have been better about my macros but i needed to give myself some grace with adjusting to 4 kids during a pandemic! What i wanted from this program was a life style change, and that’s what i got! I have never been motivated by myself to work out, i always relied on other people or classes. This program helped me get motivated and educated me on my Marcos enough to help me make better food decision even though i didn’t follow the macros perfectly. I feel stronger than ever before!
