I'd recommend the Postpartum Program if you've had a baby in the last three months or if you have more than a two finger ab separation. The workouts are still really challenging but if you need them to be more difficult after you get started, we can adjust but I want to help you protect your pelvic floor muscles.

Bree’s postpartum program has been so great for my mental health. It has totally changed the way I view being in my body. I recognize how exercising makes me feel and want to take care of my body, not just live in it. This program helped give me a jumpstart on getting back to myself after having three kids in five years!
This is my third time recovering postpartum and this time I did the independent postpartum coaching - I have tried other programs in the past but they just weren’t as easy to follow so I didn’t stick with them. I saw results quickly with this 8 week program and plan to sign up for at least another month. I didn’t think I needed to build muscle but now that I’m building it, I see results and it’s extremely motivating. Highly recommend this program!

I did the postpartum program and it helped me in so many ways! First, is that my 3 gap diastis recti is gone, and my pelvic floor feels stronger. Before I started this program I couldn’t even do a downward dog, but now I am not only stronger physically, I am stronger mentally. I loved the weekly challenges as well as the commitment of meditating everyday. I will most likely do her programs and challenges again.
I can’t say enough good things about the postpartum program!!! The thought of working out after baby #2 scared me. I didn’t feel strong, I didn’t feel like I had the time, and I was nervous my body wasn’t going to recover properly. This program empowered me with the knowledge I needed to feel confident working out again!! I felt supported and motivated to get back out there and start working out again. I also loved that I could do the workouts from home and at my own pace!

I loved the workouts on this plan. I did the advanced program! Very challenging but got my body moving and back In shape! Workouts change every two weeks to keep things changing up! Great program! Will be continuing the workouts on this app!
