Love belly calm. I am on a glp-1 and I take 2 capsules after dinner. My bloating is gone and I have no gas. It also helps if ai have a salty meal to reduce any leg swelling g. I can't be without it. Love it!

I have suffered with something called SIBO and other digestive issues and been on a lot of digestive enzymes in my life especially the last couple years and BodyByBree is hands-down one of the best I’ve come across. For the past few years, I’ve struggled so much with constipation. So much, I’ve had to take laxatives every week, sometimes daily. TMI. Without laxatives I would go more than a week. It was quite painful. Ever since I started taking this, it worked right away the following day! This completely shifting things inside me, I can tell. I now use the restroom 2x-3x/day daily. I feel back to “normal”. I feel so good.

Unfortunately the shipping process to Canada is not a good one. I’m sure the products are as great as the content Bree puts online, which I always enjoy and learn a lot from. Unfortunately the miscommunication and lack of help when trying to resolve the issue was not what I expected so I will not be ordering again.

Hopefully once the product arrives it’s worth it.

All of Bree’s supplements are amazing. I was so skeptical about the digestive enzyme but it literally is magical. Her protein is the best too. It tastes good and has the enzyme in it to help make it not hurt your gut. Everyone needs this bundle in their life!

Have loved everything so far! I wish you could pick and choose what comes in your bundle. I go through the supplements much faster than the protein and would love it if I could pick and choose what goes in my bundle based on what I need but still get the awesome bundle deal.

I’ve tried so many protein powders and supplements over the years, but have now finally hit the jackpot! How can powdered greens taste so good? The enzyme pills have changed my gut life forever. I just received my product package with all you supplements and protein powder. I’ve tried soo many different powders and by far yours is THE BEST!!!! The flavor and the feeling my body had afterwards was amazing. Seriously, take my money this product is worth every cent.

I have used a lot of macro balanced recipe cookbooks and apps and the Nourish app recipes were the same as others. I prefer the formatting in the other apps as well. Lots of scrolling in the Nourish app.

Exactly what I was looking for. I loved the mindfulness elements. I can now confidently workout at open gym and have a plan! Macros isn’t just a word to me but a lifestyle.

I have really enjoyed this program. The fact that they address your mindset is huge. Especially when you have so much on your plate, life, kids, work, mom responsibilities. This has been a complete and amazing program. Bodybybree has created a program to make women stronger in a very healthy way of seeing the complete needs of the emotions around our bodies that need to be viewed with the correct lens. The program helps to energize you with healthy delicious meals combined with various whole body exercises to help you become stronger. It also includes an amazing support system with just enough check-ins. I loved it so much I’m continuing with it for another round.

This is exactly what I needed. This program has increased my strength and stamina. I feel a lot stronger and have been able to up my weights. This program has helped me with consistency and accountability. It has also taught me a lot about macros. It is a really great program! You should definitely do it!!
