I was nervous to start this program. I have tried other fitness challenges, and I have seen results in my body, but I didn’t feel changed as a person. I was just in a smaller body with my same struggling brain just trying to be disciplined and slipping back into old patterns when things got hard. This program was so different! I received a full week of education on what to expect and why this works and what I could get out of it if I put everything into it. The workouts were challenging, but instead of feeling doubt, I felt determined and knew I could rise to the challenge. I tried new recipes and tracked everything in advance to avoid decision fatigue. I completed mindfulness challenges that were designed thoughtfully to help me break destructive patterns, create contingency plans for when challenges arise and I can’t complete everything perfectly, and recognize how powerful and in control of my thoughts I can be by reframing with positivity and gratitude. I super appreciated the opportunity to grow into a more mindful, resilient version of myself. I feel so proud of myself for giving it my all, and I am shocked with how much I have changed in just 60 days. I know my kids could see me working hard, getting sweaty, and showing up every day. I hope they remember we can do hard things!
