Get fit

Equipment Needed if You Select Home Workouts:

  • One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
  • A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
  • Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. You can find my favorite fitness equipment and accessories HERE. Grab yours now!
  • If you do not want to get the disc sliders or booty bands that is okay too, I have modifications listed.

Great for Mom's

This program is such a great fit for moms! The macro counting is such a game changer. I was able to loose weight and keep nursing without any issues with my supply. They are fantastic to work with and so understanding with life. I did not do every little thing like I would have loved to since life is really full and hard right now but I still got results with what I was able to get done. They are SO encouraging and helpful. ❤️

Strong over skinny

The uplift challenge was just what I needed! As I’ve noticed aging creep up on me, I’ve realized how my priorities are changing. Great for any phase/stage

I’m not a beginner to macros or working out but I’ve had a hard time staying consistent in the past and keeping up with it all. I feel like this program has helped me by meeting me where I’m at and make small and sustainable changes. I got overwhelmed when I tried it all by myself and with this, I felt supported and motivated to keep going.
