Great program. Did appreciate the one week meal plan. Would love more ideas on snack items. More recipes for things with macro’s and stuff. Education is really helpful.
I am now in my first week after the learning week. I wake up and the first thing is to check my email and finish my work out for the day! I cant wait to see my results in the end of this program. I can tell in one week I can see some difference in my body! I super recommend this program but remember you are the one that can change yourself and make a better version of you! Thank you Bree for all the motivation and support and delicious products and recipes.
So far I am loving it! I’ve received so much education on food with my Marcos, Calories, fats and Carbs, also the training is amazing and just the overall change in lifestyle! Love the meditations and the mental health she gives you along the way!

Just on our first full week of the 8-week program after the education week. I am really loving it. Bree's videos are super helpful and the app in use with my fitness pal as well is great! I dig the workouts and so far the food has been so yummy! I really loved having the first week as a soft start with the education week. It allows you to test out recipes and workouts and ease into a new normal - I found it to be incredibly helpful! So far the hardest part has honestly been making sure I am eating enough which seems like a funny problem to have when you're trying to loose weight but it's also really highlighting where I've been going wrong for so long. I feel like the tools she's teaching us are so realistic to help create continued healthy habits - excited to continue and see how things evolve over the next weeks. Thank you Bree!
