And hey, who said healthy eating had to be boring? You can still eat for nutrition and body transformation without restricting whole food groups, or feeling hungry.

3: DITCH THE CARDIO: STRONG IS THE NEW SKINNY

If you want to get fit in 2024, then weightlifting is the way to go! Don’t worry about getting big and bulky- that’s just a myth. 

As we age, we naturally lose muscle, which can slow down your metabolism over time. By lifting heavy, you can replace your muscle and keep your metabolism going strong.

2024 doesn’t have to be filled with endless cardio that you can’t sustain. Lifting weights is low intensity, and allows you to reach your goals faster and keep the weight off long term.

Make 2024 about focusing on the simple wins, like being able to lift heavier weights over time.
