I liked that there were several support systems in place to help me be successful - the Zoom calls, the group chat, FAQ tab on the program guide, podcasts, and personal chats, as well as designating a support person at home. All of these things helped set me up for success and I never felt like I was left on my own.

Equipment Needed if You Select Home Workouts:

  • One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
  • A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
  • Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. You can find my favorite fitness equipment and accessories HERE. Grab yours now!
  • If you do not want to get the disc sliders or booty bands that is okay too, I have modifications listed.

Having a support system such as Bree and her team plus all the women joining the movement is really uplifting and refreshing. 👯‍♀️ It has helped me to change my lifestyle where my well-being is on the first place. My results from doing the Body By Bree program have been fantastic! I can tell that I am much more toned, lost weight, and feel so much better. The workouts were tough, but when you see results, you keep going! This program changed my mindset. Following my macros became so easy. What a great program that puts its focus on mind and body and being healthy!

For online coaching it felt so personal

I was so pleased and impressed by how personal this experience was. Bree and her team made me feel like a real client, not just a number behind a screen. Learning about macros has been eye opening and so helpful. I feel like I have learned a lot to keep me on a successful path to staying fit and becoming healthier.

Maintainable and Effective

I loved this because I had no burnout. I was still eating plenty, eating good food, but I learned what to eat and how much. I also loved the gym workouts. It made me feel so much more comfortable and secure at the gym. I saw a difference and I felt a difference. I’m definitely planning to continue this program.

Great workouts

I love going to the gym and having my workout all prepared for me. No wandering around deciding what to do or time trying to map my own work outs. I love that every exercise has a video and there are plenty of options to substitute if you can’t/don’t feel like doing an exercise.
