So far so good.
It’s been two weeks and I already feel more energized and leads bloated!
It was very similar to what I was already doing, I’ve been busting hurt in the gun since March first and have lost zero weight. I keep Telling myself that I do Feel better and I have More energy. I would Love more food ideas to stay and or help me meet my macro count. Also maybe advice as to what time a day is best to consume etc.

Grateful they listened and were helpful in giving a custom count. It’s been good to follow. I have been following it for many many weeks now and haven’t lost much. I’ll continue to stick with it
