I was suppose to get an email with a link ?
I have been really trying to dial in my nutrition. Within a week of counting macros I was already feeling less bloated. Within two weeks I was already seeing a change. I so appreciate that I actually get to eat alot of food, no deprevation! My only complaint is that I wish I had the opportunity to ask some questions about it and how to modify it in the future.
