I've loved my Customized Macro Count. I have done macros before but I could never figure out the correct numbers and I have loved feeling like I am eating the right numbers. BBB's macro numbers are way easier for me to stick with than the numbers I had come up with on my own.
I have friends that count macro’s, I have sisters that count macros but I was like “nope, not for me.” I really hated the idea of being tied to the numbers. I just wanted to eat to feel healthy but...I wasn’t able to get the results I wanted so, I caved. Well, it’s been only two weeks since I’ve been counting my macros and I gotta say, I feel lean and stronger. I am finally seeing my muscles come back and I feel great! Who knew I needed more calories and protein?! Thanks Bree!
I have done a plan and macros with Bree before. I am more fit now and my lifestyle has changed. The macro count has been perfect. I'm not too hungry but seeing results in the first week already. Thanks
I think it would be good to give reasoning for the macro numbers given. For example why is the protein and fat so high?
Grateful for a quick update on my macros! I’ve only been counting a week and I am noticing such a difference in how I feel! Bree is the best.
