Customized Macro Count
When you purchase a one time macro count, I take into consideration your height, weight, age, body type, exercise and overall goals.
This isn't like other generic macronutrient counts you can find online. All macro counts I calculate are custom to you and your needs!
I was shocked by how many calories I needed to consume during breastfeeding. I’ve been hitting my macros regularly and have been losing weight while eating MORE than I have ever eaten! I used to be hungry all the time and would feel bloated every time I would eat, but I have not been hungry at all and have not felt bloated since tracking my macros!
After one week of tracking macros, I can honestly say I feel better. It's a challenge to hit my protein and stay within my calorie alottment, but I'm getting the hang of it. I think Bree was right on with my number. I'm anxious to see how I feel after eight weeks.

I ordered a custom macro count on July 2, 2024 but did not receive it. I have checked my spam file multiple times and it was not there. I would like my money back as I did not receive what I ordered.
