These recipes are so good and it’s so nice to not have to cook 2 different meals for my family-one for me and one for them. Bree makes sticking to your macros so easy!!! And delicious!
I don’t feel like the recipes are friendly to the average person. They are all very weird combinations and require ingredients you can’t find at a normal grocery store. I live in an area where we don’t have any special grocery store that purchasing these ingredients is an option. I won’t be purchasing another cookbook in the future.
I love the recipes in here. Love trying new recipes every week. My family loves it too. Thank you Bree for this.
