I decided to try these since they were advertised as being taken instead of a pre workout. I don't take pre workout and wanted to give them a try. The first three weeks I could barely choke down a shot of them because they are so gross (as all greens are). I finally got used to them and can tolerate a quick shot. They actually do slightly improve my energy for an endurance workout.
It's an interesting blend of greens compared to others I've tried that are more vegetable based, but I actually like that because I already get plenty of vegetables in every day. Because of that I've also stopped taking it every day, but it's a nice boost for the days I know I have an intense workout to prepare for.
What a great way to get your greens in! Put it right in your protein shake and you are set for a serving! Love that!
I use these everyday in my smoothie. I love them, gives me energy and I don't feel icky like I put a bunch of chemicals in my body. The best thing is that there is no icky after taste and all real clean ingredients. Bree, love this!
