How do I know if I'm ready for this?

If you’re ready to stop hiding behind the camera, feel confident in your summer clothes, and prove to yourself that you can follow through, then this challenge is for you. You don’t have to be in perfect shape or know exactly what you’re doing—you just have to be willing to start.

What if I can’t make it to the live Zoom calls?

We’ll miss you, but no worries! Every Zoom call will be recorded and sent to you so you can watch on your own schedule when it’s convenient for you.

I've trained with BodyByBree before, can I still join?

Yes! If you’re a returning client, you don’t need to sign up for a new program. Simply sign up for continuation and fill out [this form] to join the challenge.

Can I do this challenge if I’m pregnant or taking GLP-1 medication?

This specific challenge isn’t designed pregnant for GLP-1 clients, but you can still take advantage of the sale and purchase your GPL-1 program to get ready for the summer.

The challenge officially starts on March 24, and the last day to register and get the sale price is March 20—don’t wait!
