Get fit

Equipment Needed if You Select Home Workouts:

  • One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
  • A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
  • Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. You can find my favorite fitness equipment and accessories HERE. Grab yours now!
  • If you do not want to get the disc sliders or booty bands that is okay too, I have modifications listed.

More than just a fitness challenge

My first experience with body by Bree was her reset challenge. I have tried workout programs before but nothing has compared to this. Bree focusing on so much more than just exercise. She focuses on the whole body: mind, soul, physical and nutrition. Other programs focused so much on just the workouts and would give you tips on what to eat, I would eventually give up. Bree gave me all the tools to keep going. It was truly the mental and emotional work she teaches along the way that help me keep going with the nutrition and exercises.
I have become so much stronger mentally and physically because of her program. I can't wait to continue on with her and continue to grow in life!

So much more than a work out program

I have done a few challenges in my life(I’m 50) and I can without a double say this is the best one. Why? Because BBB focuses on why people normally do not stick with a program. She helps you change your thought process about how to eat to live a healthy life and how to move to live a long life. How to incorporate small but meaningful daily habits into your routine, how to focus on what you put into your life will reflect on what you receive. How to build onto small habits that make them everyday occurrences.
I started a journal during this challenge and it really gave me the first few minutes in the morning to reflect on the day before and also planning my day ahead. It really set me up for success. If you put the effort into this, if you take in every little nugget that Bree gives you, you will succeed.
I’m so excited to continue- I see a difference in ME but there is nothing better than when your 18 year old comments on how happy I am and how good I look. I feel amazing !
