I did my first challenge with BodyByBree after my first baby in 2016. I’ve done continuation with her, taken time off, tried other gyms and workout programs, but I always end up coming back to Bree! I’ve done the pregnancy workouts on my second pregnancy and just finished the post partum program after my third baby! I get an amazing workout in with just 45 minutes in my bedroom while baby sleeps and all I have is a set of adjustable dumbbells. My ab separation was gone within 3 weeks of doing the postpartum program this time and I feel good. Bree knows what she is doing and the app is very user friendly.
I had such a great experience with this program. I was nervous about counting macros but the education week portion was extremely helpful and thorough. I still get to eat so much food every day and I don’t feel limited at all. The workouts were great and I am dripping with sweat at the end of each one 😅 I’ve already recommended this program to my pregnant friends. Thanks Bree and team!
