Get fit

Equipment Needed if You Select Home Workouts:

  • One medium free weight (5lb-15lb). weight set that is challenging for you.
  • A bench is also great but not required. You could use something else like a piano bench, stair, sturdy chair etc.
  • Some moves include a yoga ball, disc sliders and booty bands to add variety and enhance the moves. You can find my favorite fitness equipment and accessories HERE. Grab yours now!
  • If you do not want to get the disc sliders or booty bands that is okay too, I have modifications listed.

Basic Challenge

On my second week and so far it is good and I following all steps.
I love the tips and meditations and the whole education week is definetely something needed in any challenge. Really looking forward to see the results after the 8 weeks.

Holistic health program

It has been amazing to see what kind of transformation is possible in 8 weeks. The biggest take away from the program for me has been building confidence in myself by learning how to keep promises to myself! I learned how important sleep is, I have plenty of energy to play with my kids, and my relationship with food is healthy. I’ve been following Bree on instagram for years and after everything I tried on my own failed, I knew it was time to make my health a priority and sign up for the challenge.
